Personal data is collected in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, considering that its processing is necessary and indispensable for the performance of the service we are responsible for, namely the intermediation of various credits and insurance mediation, as well as for the fulfilment of legal obligations as a credit intermediary and/or mediator. In this way, the customer acknowledges and duly accepts that without access to the personal data collected, the provision of this service is not possible.

Therefore, the data subject expressly, freely and in an informed manner declares that it provides the data identified above for the following purposes:

  • Contact request;
  • Recruitment and selection of new employees

The personal data collected is duly processed in computerised form and in strict compliance with personal data protection legislation. It is stored in specific databases based in the EU, created for this purpose, and under no circumstances will the data collected be used for any purpose other than that for which the data subject has given their consent.

3. Retention of Personal Data

The data provided and collected by us with consent will be kept for the period of time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and in order to fulfil legal obligations or until the time necessary to guarantee the exercise of the rights of opposition, rectification and erasure has elapsed.

4. Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and right to portability of Personal Data

5. Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties

MAX FINANCE will transmit the data collected to the franchisees that make up its network. In addition to these, and in accordance with the services desired by the data subject, it may also transmit them to banking, financial and insurance entities with a protocol with MAXFINANCE, among other entities whose list may be requested through the DPO.

Personal data may be used by the group companies EVERYBODY WINS GROUP - SOCIEDADE GESTORA DE PARTICIPAÇÕES SOCIAIS, S.A., TIN 514658517, with registered offices at Avenida do Brasil, n.º 1, Edifício do Centro de Escritórios do Campo Grande, 1, 1700-062 LISBOA, district of Lisbon, municipality of Lisbon, parish of Alvalade, holder of the shareholdings in RE/MAX Portugal, for marketing purposes.

Should this be the case, MAX FINANCE takes the appropriate measures to ensure that the entities that have access to the Personal Data are reputable and offer high guarantees at this level, which will be duly enshrined and safeguarded in a written agreement between MAXFINANCE and the third party(ies).

Thus, any entity subcontracted by MAX FINANCE will process users' Personal Data in the name and on behalf of MAX FINANCE, under the obligation to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures in order to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorised access and against any other form of unlawful processing.

In any case, MAX FINANCE remains responsible for the processing of Personal Data.
